Dylan Vs. Customer Service Vs. The World
You know what? The world would be a significantly place if everyone was forced to do a years work in a customer service industry before the age 21. Of course this would only really work if in a first world countries. But working in Customer Service really changes you for the better.
I have spent well over a year working at MOTAT, interacting with the visitors, being friendly and making sure they are happy and having a good time. Not only have I become way more fun and outgoing from the shy little boy I used to be, but I have become a more rounded person. It has also helped me understand human interactions that much better and I think if everyone had to do a years customer services, the world would take a turn for the better. Maybe not the world, but the people that populate it.
